Welcome to NeuroHoster. This Payments & Billing Policy explains how subscriptions, renewals, payment methods, and account billing are managed. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms below.
Subscription Plans
NeuroHoster offers flexible billing options to suit your needs.
Available plans include:
- Monthly Plan
- 6-Month Plan
- 12-Month (Annual) Plan
Your selected plan determines your billing cycle and renewal date.
Accepted Payment Methods
We support secure payments through major payment providers, including:
- UPI
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- Visa
- Mastercard
- RuPay
- American Express (where supported)
- Net Banking
- PayPal
- Stripe
- Razorpay
- Google Pay (GPay)
- PhonePe
- Other supported payment methods displayed during checkout
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
Billing & Renewals
Your hosting service remains active only while your subscription is valid.
Please renew your hosting plan before the renewal date to avoid any interruption to your services.
If you are on a monthly plan, your invoice will be generated according to your billing cycle. We recommend completing your payment before the due date. If your due date is the 5th of each month, please ensure payment is completed on or before that date to keep your hosting active.
We recommend setting a personal reminder or calendar notification so you never miss a renewal.
Renewal Reminders
NeuroHoster may send renewal reminders before your subscription expires. However, it is your responsibility to ensure your services are renewed on time.
Failure to receive a reminder does not change your obligation to renew your subscription if you wish to continue using the service.
Account Suspension
If payment is not received by the due date:
- Your hosting service may be suspended.
- Your website and related services may become temporarily unavailable.
- Email and other connected services may also stop working until payment is received.
Service will generally be restored after successful payment, subject to our standard activation process.
Data Retention
If your hosting account is suspended or expires because of non-payment, we may retain your website data for up to 30 days from the expiration date.
After this retention period, your account, website files, databases, emails, backups, and other stored data may be permanently deleted and may no longer be recoverable.
We strongly recommend renewing your hosting before it expires and maintaining your own backups of important data.
Additional Websites
Unless your hosting plan specifically allows multiple websites, each hosting plan covers only the number of websites included with that plan.
If you require hosting for additional websites beyond your plan’s limits, additional charges or an upgraded hosting plan may be required.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or cannot be processed:
- Verify your payment details.
- Ensure sufficient funds are available.
- Contact your bank or payment provider if necessary.
- Try another supported payment method.
If you continue to experience issues, please contact the NeuroHoster support team.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and our Refund Policy.
Custom website development, design services, and completed digital services may not be eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law.
Prohibited Activities
NeuroHoster maintains a strict policy against illegal or abusive activities.
Accounts found to be involved in activities such as:
- Phishing
- Malware distribution
- Spam
- Fraud
- Copyright infringement
- Unauthorized access or hacking
- Distribution of illegal content
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or our Terms of Service
may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.
No refunds will be provided where termination results from violations of our policies or applicable law, except where required by law.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for:
- Paying invoices on time.
- Keeping your billing information up to date.
- Maintaining valid payment methods.
- Renewing your subscription before it expires.
- Keeping your contact information current so you can receive billing notifications.
