7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible hosting plans.
If you are not satisfied with your eligible hosting service, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase.
After the 7-day refund period has expired, purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Eligible Services
The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to eligible hosting plans purchased directly from NeuroHoster.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Domain name registrations or renewals
- Domain transfers
- SSL certificates
- Website development services
- Website management services
- Custom design work
- Digital marketing services
- Third-party software licenses
- Setup or migration fees (if applicable)
- Services that have already been fully completed
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact the NeuroHoster support team within the eligible refund period.
Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Order or invoice number
- Reason for the refund request
Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Your hosting service will be cancelled.
- Your refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Refunds are typically initiated within 5 business days after approval.
Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
Automatic Service Cancellation
If a refund is approved, the associated hosting service and subscription will be cancelled automatically to prevent future billing.
Any recurring billing associated with the refunded service will also be cancelled.
Data Retention
After your hosting service is cancelled, your website data may be retained for a limited period in accordance with our Data Retention Policy. We recommend downloading any important files before requesting cancellation.
Abuse of the Refund Policy
NeuroHoster reserves the right to refuse refund requests where there is evidence of:
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of the refund policy
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Illegal or malicious use of our services
