To ensure the security and integrity of our services, all NeuroHoster customers must follow the policies below.

Do Not Share Sensitive Credentials

Do not share your hosting account credentials, API keys, secret keys, private keys, payment gateway credentials, or other sensitive information with friends, third parties, or unauthorized individuals. Unauthorized sharing may compromise your account’s security and may violate our service policies.

If NeuroHoster requires access to complete a requested service, our team will contact you through our official support channels and provide instructions for securely granting the necessary access.

Single Website License

Unless your plan specifically states otherwise, each purchase covers one website only.

If you wish to use our services for additional websites, you must purchase a separate service or plan for each additional website. Additional charges will apply.

Unauthorized Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing your service with unauthorized users.
• Using one purchased service for multiple websites without approval.
• Sharing or selling account access to third parties.
• Using our services for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activities.

Policy Enforcement

Violation of these policies may result in the suspension or termination of your services without prior notice. Additional fees may apply if services are used beyond the limits of your purchased plan.
